- 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 9 inch pie crust
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter in small pan or microwave. Set aside.
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Combine sugar and chocolate mixture. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour in pie shell and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
