Ingredients
- 2 cups greek yogurt (I used non-fat)
- 1 lb strawberries
- 1/3 (or more) cup sugar (sweeten to taste)
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1 tbsp framboise (Raspberry Liquor)
Directions
- In a blender, blend all ingredients
- Chill mixture for a few hours, and pour into pre chilled ice cream maker bowl, churn for 10 minutes or until it’s almost like frozen yogurt
- Place into a container, and freeze for a few hours or until hard
