- 1 box cake mix
- 1 package break ‘n’ bake cookie dough
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup Crisco
- splash of vanilla
- splash of almond
- about 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons milk (not quite sure on the exacts, I just pour in some milk until it gets to the right consistency)
Prepare the cake batter according to the directions on your box. Pour into your cupcake pan and place a square of cookie dough on top of each one.
Bake according to your cake mix. Remove and let cool before frosting. Not the most complex recipe in the world, but tasty nonetheless!
